RETURNS POLICY

  • You may return your online order within 14 days of your delivery date. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return your order as we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.

  • All items must be returned clean, with no marks or damage, and remain in original packaging.

  • Items marked as ‘final sale’ in the product description are unable to be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

  • Returns will be processed within 10 working days of arriving back to our warehouse. Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method and store credit will be issued as a gift card valid for 12 months. Exchanges can be made for size and style only, and are subject to availability at the time of processing. Please note that original order shipping costs are non refundable.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM WITHIN NEW ZEALAND*

  1. Contact POOTS directly with product description.

  2. Securely package your item, and return it to the below address using a traceable shipping method.

  3. Your return will be processed within 10 working days of it arriving back to our online warehouse. Please note that during sale & holiday periods, there may be delays with processing returns.

INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEMS

 

To ensure the quality of our products, every online order is carefully assessed by our team prior to dispatch. However, if you have received an item that is incorrect, or that you believe to be faulty, please notify creative@artofpoots.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

If you believe that a fault has occurred with an item purchased from artofpoots.com within 6 months of purchase, please email creative@artofpoots.com with photos & a brief explanation of the issue so that we can work to find a resolution for you. We reserve the right to replace an item we deem to be faulty as a first resort. Please note that items that are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered as faulty. All faulty items will be assessed upon return, so must be sent back clean.

  • Copyrights on all artworks shown on this website belongs to POOTS.

  • All images remain the property of POOTS and no form of reproduction for private use, commercial sales or non-commercial distribution is permitted.

  • purchasing an original illustration, an art print or a tattoo permit doesn’t allow you to use it for commercial, promotional purposes, or exploit it in any way other than for personal use. If you wish to purchase a license for an artwork, please contact POOTS with details about your project.

  • POOTS will not pass on high resolution artwork files electronically.

  • You agree that you will only use the Site in a manner that is consistent with these terms and conditions and in such a way as to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • You are free to use the links to other web sites or resources that we, or our partners, may provide on the site from time to time provided that we cannot accept responsibility for these, neither can we be deemed to have endorsed their content.

  • While we take reasonable steps to prevent the introduction of viruses, we cannot warrant that our site, or others to which we give access, is free of viruses.

  • These terms and conditions may be amended and/or be extended to include other conditions applicable to specific products or services offered on the Site from time to time and shall continue to be binding on you provided that any such changes
